Due to the nature of digital content and instant access:
-
No refunds are provided for online courses, webinars, memberships, or digital resources once purchased
-
Membership fees are non-refundable, including where members do not use or access the content during a billing period
This aligns with standard treatment of digital goods under NZ consumer law where access is delivered immediately and cannot be returned.

-
share login access with non-household members
-
redistribute course materials
-
broadcast webinars

resell or publish content
Group, commercial, educational, or organisational use requires prior written approval.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Stripe’s terms apply to payment handling.
Mindfulness4dogs does not store or retain full credit card details.
6. Consumer Rights (NZ Context)

Where applicable:
-
Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill
-
Digital goods supplied must be as described
However, due to the nature of behavioural training and canine work, outcomes may vary with individual dogs, environments, and compliance — therefore results cannot be guaranteed.
