Due to the nature of digital goods and instant-access content:

• no refunds are offered once a product has been purchased

• access is delivered immediately and cannot be returned

2. Memberships & Subscriptions

Mindfulness4dogs offers subscription-based access to online content and/or community features.

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and will:

• automatically renew each month

• continue until cancelled by the client

Cancellation

Clients are responsible for managing their subscription via their User Account.
Cancellation:

• stops future billing only

• does not trigger partial refunds

• keeps access active until the end of the current billing cycle

Mindfulness4dogs does not cancel memberships via email, phone, or social media.

3. Billing & Payment Processing

All online payments are processed securely via Stripe. Mindfulness4dogs does not store full credit card details.

If payment fails, Stripe may retry according to its automated schedule. Access may be paused until payment succeeds.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are not provided for:

• non-usage of digital services

• change of mind

• subscription inaction

• perceived lack of results (behaviour is multifactorial)

• accidental purchases by household members

Refunds may be considered only for:

• duplicate payments

• Stripe processing errors

5. Consumer Rights (NZ Context)

Nothing in this Policy limits consumer rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.

• focus on learning rather than winning arguments

• avoid giving advice outside your knowledge or role

• avoid diagnosing health or medical conditions

• avoid dominance/pack/alpha coercion narratives

• support ethical, positive reinforcement-aligned practices

We welcome questions, reflections, experiments, challenges, and stories — just not harm.

3. Prohibited Content

The following Content may be removed without notice:

• harassment, bullying, or hostile comments toward users

• personal attacks or insulting language

While community sharing is encouraged, direct behavioural advice carries responsibility. For safety:

• complex aggression or bite cases may be redirected to 1-to-1 or professional review

• veterinary issues may be redirected to veterinarians

No user should feel pressured to give professional advice.

Moderators may take any of the following actions:
