Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Access

By purchasing a subscription, you receive access to our online training platform and resources for the duration of your active subscription.

2. Billing & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via automatic credit card payment processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

3. Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Client Dashboard.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that time.

Subscriptions must be cancelled before the renewal date to prevent the next monthly charge.

5. Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time or mid-billing cancellations.
Once a payment has been processed, it applies to the full billing period.

6. Responsibility to Cancel

It is the subscriber’s responsibility to manage their subscription and cancel if they no longer wish to continue. Failure to cancel before renewal will result in the next scheduled payment being charged.

7. Changes to Subscription or Pricing

We may update subscription pricing or features from time to time. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles only, and notice will be provided where required.

8. Use of Content

All training materials are for personal use only and must not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, regardless of where the subscriber is located.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

We take your privacy and data protection seriously. Personal information collected through our website and platform is used solely for providing access to our services, managing subscriptions, processing payments, and communicating with you.

Payment details are handled securely by our third-party payment provider (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers.

We will never sell or misuse your personal information. Data is stored and managed in accordance with New Zealand privacy law and applicable international standards where relevant. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

For users located in the European Union or other regions with data protection laws, we comply with applicable requirements, including the GDPR, and respect your rights regarding access, correction, and deletion of personal data.

11. Community Conduct & Respectful Use

Our platform is a respectful, supportive learning environment. By using our services, you agree to engage with trainers, staff, and other members in a considerate and appropriate manner.

12. Responsible Use of Training Information

Training information provided on this platform is educational in nature and intended to support ethical, force-free dog training. It does not replace professional veterinary or in-person behavioural advice where required.

Members are responsible for applying training guidance safely and appropriately for their individual dog and circumstances.
