🐾 Meet Sammy — Our New ARAN Rescue Guest!
Sammy has joined us for a little while, and honestly… what an absolute sweetheart he is. At just 9 months old, he’s all legs, all heart, and all enthusiasm — the kind of dog who wakes up each morning ready to learn, play, and love with his whole body.
Our job over the next few days is to help Sammy build the skills and confidence he needs to settle beautifully into a new forever home. He’s smart, energetic, and eager to connect — he just needs a bit of guidance to understand how the world works.
If you’ve ever wondered what it looks like to support a young rescue through those first important steps, follow along. We’ll be sharing updates as Sammy learns how to integrate calmly into a new environment, how to regulate that puppy-sized energy, and how to shine even brighter than he already does.

Sammy is up for adoption through ARAN Animal Rescue NZ. Whoever ends up with this boy is going to be very, very lucky.
