Luna reads your state constantly. The first step in de-escalation is finding your own calm.

De-escalation isn't a technique you apply to Luna. It's a state you arrive at first — and then Luna follows. Your breathing, your posture, the tension in your shoulders — she's picking all of it up. And when you feel stressed about her stress, you make her stress worse.
